The rooms were airy, reasonably priced, with bar, the heating, good lighting. Efficient staff who said she would speak to a manager and nothing was trouble for them. There also was good parking and very clean pool. The location was easy and decent, very close to local pubs and A Hungry Horse as well as motorway and easily accessible.

I like the decoration in the reception area and, the restaurant dinner buffet, it was really delicious.
I think that the room was not too clean.

I liked leaving the best about my stay at this hotel.
We didn't like having to sleep in a bed that had a broken base. We didn't like being unable to get anything to eat after 9.30pm. We didn't like not getting a response to our complaint from the Hotel's head office or customer services.

We had to pay for the pool facilities, which I think should be put in with the price!

I loved the peaceful experience , especially being just 500 meters from the beautiful Fairy Glen, perfect for a relaxing walk, and also so close to the charming Dish Bar and Restaurant, where I enjoyed a lovely dinner just a few steps away.

value for money
We were staying in room 200. it had very poor ventilation. Being summer it was very humid and airless. An electic Fan would have solveed the problem. Ther is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
